Correction requests

For corrections, send the page URL, the claim, the source you checked, and the date you checked it. If the issue affects safety, legal notices, mail, consumer rights, or provider terms, say that clearly in the subject line.

Source suggestions

Source suggestions should include a primary or official link when possible. Examples include postal services, consumer-protection agencies, official forms, government pages, lease or building-rule references, and provider documentation.

Privacy boundary

Do not send names, exact addresses, account numbers, private message threads, building access codes, license plates, or unredacted photos. If a private example is useful, summarize the planning lesson without personal details.

What happens next

Correction and source messages are reviewed as site-quality inputs, not as customer-support tickets for a moving service. A useful message usually leads to one of three actions: a source is checked, a wording limitation is added, or a page is updated and recorded in the update log. Messages that require legal, insurance, lease, claim, or provider-specific advice are outside the site's scope.

If a message is not actionable, the site may keep it as private feedback without publishing it or adding a public claim.
