Source Policy

MoveSize Lab prioritizes official agencies, postal services, consumer-protection sources, and primary service documentation when a page touches safety, rights, mail, disputes, quote preparation, or administrative records.

Preferred source order

1. Official government, postal, consumer-protection, or regulator pages.
2. Primary provider documentation, forms, policy pages, and terms.
3. Public notes from real move records, only when private details are removed.
4. General planning experience clearly labeled as planning guidance, not a rule.

When sources conflict

If a source differs by country, state, city, building, lease, or provider, the page should say so rather than flattening the rule into a universal claim.

Source review

Source-backed pages include checked dates. Broken links, outdated forms, changed provider terms, or unclear claims should be reported through the contact page and handled through the corrections process.

Citation limits

A source link proves only the specific claim it supports. It does not prove that every provider, lease, city, building, or reader situation works the same way. When a rule is local, contractual, or provider-specific, the page should point readers toward the kind of source to check rather than overstating one general answer.
